Alexis E. Carter is the founder and primary service provider of AEC’s Psychological Educational Services Inc. She is a California Licensed Educational Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in education, special education, psychoeducational assessment, counseling, and behavioral intervention.
Through AEC’s personalized service model, schools, families, and individuals work directly with Alexis throughout the referral, evaluation, consultation, and follow-up process. Her goal is to provide responsive communication, thoughtful professional guidance, and recommendations that are clear, practical, and individualized.

Counseling and psychological services are available only when the client is physically located in California at the time services are provided.
